My Services
I offer body-based support to help you reduce stress, ease pain, and build nervous system resilience through guided experiential sessions; we bring compassionate attention to the body's experience. By slowing down and listening to sensations, posture, breath, emotional responses — and, therapeutic touch we begin to notice how the body has been holding patterns of dis-ease. Together, we work to calm the stress response, build resilience, reduce discomfort, and help you move through life with more steadiness and ease.
Sessions are available through video conferencing and in person studio locations, in Asheville and surrounding areas.
Somatic Regulation Sessions:
These sessions are educational, experiential, and centered on guided somatic awareness, IFS-informed parts dialogue, and practical nervous system reset tools. Rather than just talking about your challenges, we focus on helping your body complete the stress response cycle, reduce overwhelm, and uncover what's behind chronic pain, internal conflict, stress, and burnout. Together we bring attention to sensation, emotion and the subtle signals of the nervous system, allowing what has been held inside to be met with care and integration. This work unfolds slowly and at your pace, supporting the body to settle.
The goal: to help your system move out of persistent overwhelm and into a more peaceful, balanced state through real-time practices you can use in everyday life.

Come back to your senses
1. Somatic Awareness (The Body)
Somatic awareness simply means learning to notice and work with the signals and sensations of your body. We don’t just talk about your stress; we find where it lives. By tuning into physical sensations, we help your nervous system move out of "protective mode" and back into a state of safety. It’s like learning to read the dashboard of your own body.
By becoming more aware of these patterns, you can learn to respond with more awarness and less reactivity. Over time, this helps your body and nervous system feel more grounded, balanced, and at ease.
2. Internal Family Systems (The Parts)
IFS teaches that our internal system is made up of different parts or personas like the inner critic, the people pleaser, the avoider, the worrier, or the workaholic each with their own beliefs, fears, needs, and roles.
These parts aren’t flaws, they’re normal. Many take on protective or managing roles that they developed a long time ago, in an effort to help you cope and feel safe. They’re trying to keep your most vulnerable parts from getting hurt, even if their strategies now contribute to unhelpful patterns and symptoms.
Instead of fighting those parts or trying to silence them, IFS teaches you to notice them, understand them, and build a more compassionate relationship with them. As parts begin to feel heard, understood, and unburdened, they often stop gripping the wheel so tightly. That’s when you may begin to feel less anxious, less overwhelmed, less numb or disconnected and come back to our core Self — the calm, curious, compassionate, and capable part of you that is always present,

3. Touch the "System Calmer" (Focus on Safety)
The Language of Touch: Sometimes the nervous system needs more than words to feel safe. Skillful, therapeutic touch acts as a direct line to your physiology, whispering to your "protective parts" that they can finally stop bracing. It’s a physical invitation for your system to downshift from high-alert to deep restoration.
4. Body-Mind Resiliency (Bring it all together)
This is where it all comes together. We use touch, movement, breath, and inner awareness to expand your window of capacity. You don’t just learn to "tolerate" stress, anxiety, or discomfort; you build skills and a toolbox of practices to stay flexible, steady, and empowered no matter what life throws at you.
The Secret Sauce:
Your nervous system and protective parts are trying to help.
Most people try to think their way out of stress, pain, or overwhelm. But the loudest signals often aren’t coming from the thinking mind they’re coming from the body and the protective parts of you trying to keep you safe.
Below are some of the approaches we use to help your system feel more supported, regulated, and centered.
