I’m Pam, a body-mind practitioner with decades of experience in physical therapy, bodywork, and wellness coaching. I create a compassionate space where your body’s wisdom and your mind can work together.
Through hands-on support, somatic tools, and guided inquiry, I help you understand stress and pain, how they show up in your body, and what to do about it.
Together, we work to ease pain, release tension, complete the stress cycle, and restore harmony so you can move through life with more comfort, clarity, and confidence.
